The PCI assessment is live and open to participants. Your responses help calibrate the instrument. Feedback is welcome via the contact form.

Based on initial testing, situational slider weights have been adjusted from 40% to 35%. This improves alignment between Likert subscores and situational ratings.

The Deep-Dive Orientation Report is now available after completing the assessment. It includes a 6-week reorientation framework, conflict map, and annotated reading list calibrated to your lowest dimension.

Question 12 has been revised for improved cultural neutrality. The construct intent is unchanged. Participants who completed the assessment before this date are not affected.
